Alex vs the gift

Alexander stared at the item. He had no clue how to wrap this gift. He cursed himself slightly for getting Symphia a gift that was so hard to wrap. It was such an odd shape that there was no way for him to wrap the gift in a neat square like most things.
"Why didn't I get her something simple in a box? "
Alexander sighed in defeat as he picked up the wrapping paper. He didn't want to live with regret forever. He would find a way to accomplish this.
"I'm going to need a lot of tape."

Cyclops scene

"Power," the cyclops groaned as he woke up. "There is a new power," he stretched as he rolled over. It was rare for new magic to appear in this day and age. He could feel it pulsing through the air. He wanted that power. He lazily brushed his teeth as he struggled to wake himself up.
